About You:

  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with large media partners
  • Active and experienced in social media including Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Four Square and others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret various campaign data points and trends to formulate relevant conclusions to clients
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Attention to details, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple needs
  • Familiarity with online games
  • Desire to learn and a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients and partners to ensure success metrics are achieved and exceeded
  • On board/setup new Accounts and assist them with their SocialToaster campaigns
  • Steadily grow the utilization of SocialToaster by current customers
  • Proactively monitor the activity of Accounts and report on their status to management
  • Regularly contact Accounts to determine where they may benefit from suggestions to improve performance or to  introduce new features for them to use
  • Recognize and relate opportunities for sales for additional consulting services.
  • Review SocialToaster performance with Accounts on a monthly basis
  • Answer questions from Accounts related to use of the platform and best practices for using SocialToaster
  • Utilize company CRM system to track all activities and task

Experience:

  • Preference for one year experience in account management or other client facing role
  • Versed in social media with established presence on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Bachelors degree preferred
