Direct Sales Representative

SocialToaster is seeking a Direct Sales Representative who will be responsible for reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales.  Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, responding to emails from prospects and calling prospective clients.

About the job:
A Direct Sales Representative is responsible for meeting sales objectives by developing business from new clients and/or accounts. The Direct Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.  You will be expected to make 50 calls a day and respond to email inquiries.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling prospects and identifying decision makers to begin sales process.
  • Providing prompt phone/email/appointment follow up to assigned leads
  • Properly documenting and tracking results using SalesForce CRM
  • Being active and proficient on social media – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Working closely with inside and outside sales team to coordinate sales efforts and close sales

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred or acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
